Booking

Sessions are one to one, by appointment, at the studio in Pasir Ris. Directions to the studio are sent with your booking confirmation. A Discovery Class is for new clients only and is booked once.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel a session. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed sessions, are charged in full.

Late arrivals

Your appointment reserves a 50-minute time slot. If you arrive late, we’ll make the most of the time remaining, but your session will still end at its scheduled time.

Packages

Five-session packages are valid for 8 weeks and ten-session packages for 16 weeks, from the first session. Sessions are personal to you and cannot be transferred. Packages are non-refundable once a session has been used.

Extensions may be made for medical reasons at Fi’s discretion.

Payment

Packages are paid by PayNow in Singapore dollars. Prices are listed on the Sessions page and may change; the price at the time of purchase applies.

Your health

Please tell Fi about any injuries, health conditions, pregnancy or recent surgery before your first session, and let her know if anything changes. This helps keep your sessions appropriate to you.
