Privacy
What we collect, and why.
This site collects one thing itself: the reviews visitors choose to leave. It sets no cookies for visitors. The four services it links to each collect what they need to do their job, and this page says what that is.
Calendly
When you pick a time, Calendly collects your name, email address and the time you chose, and sends them to Fi so she can confirm the session. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to how it stores them.
PayNow
Package payments are made by PayNow from your own banking app. Fi receives the amount, the reference you type, and your name as your bank sends it. Card and account details never reach this site or Fi.
The new client form
The form is hosted by Jotform and asks about your goals, injuries and experience so that your first session is planned safely. That is health information, so it is held only in Jotform and in Fi’s own records, used only to plan your sessions, and never shared.
Reviews
If you leave a review, the site stores the first name and words you send, and the month you sent them, so Fi can read them before choosing whether to publish. Nothing appears on the site until she does. To have a review changed or removed, email Fi at the address below.
Visits to this site
Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. It records the page, the country, the device type and where the visit came from.
Your rights
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see what Fi holds about you, correct it, or have it deleted. The person responsible is Fi McMullan, at hello@atelierfi.sg.
